Flip and Bill of WQYK Sports Radio 1010am "The Grind" will be featuring a Humane Society of Tampa Bay adorable adoptable on a new segment called "The Grind Growls & Meows" every Thursday on their show at 2:00pm. Tune in every week to hear about our furry friends in need of forever homes. "The Grind" airs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from Noon-3pm and Wednesday from Noon-2pm.

National Adopt a Shelter Dog Month
October 1 – 31, 2009
During the month of October, the first 400 dogs that are adopted from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay will come with a FREE One Fall Night certificate to the TradeWinds Island Resorts on St. Pete Beach. Pet Masquerade in Hyde Park Village

Registration begins at 10:00am and the contest will begin at 10:30am. $5 donation per pet to enter the contest. We hope to see you and your furry friends by the fountain!!!

We are grateful for the support shown from our community during the Pet Telethon. Gross donations totaled over $170,000.00 and we found homes for 83 animals during the Pet Telethon weekend. You are making a difference by supporting the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. We couldn't save the lives of so many animals without your help. Thank you for all that you do!
