NOTE: Vaccines & tests are only available in conjunction with spay/neuter surgery during the week and at our Wellness Clinic on Saturdays. Please call 813-870-3304 to make an appointment for a spay/neuter or to make an appointment at our Wellness Clinic.

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time appointment is scheduled. The balance is due upon pick up of your pet. Payment can be made by cash or one of four major credit cards. HSTB does not accept checks.
Do you qualify for the Hillsborough County Voucher Program? If you do, your pet can be sterilized for $10.00. Application for the Hillsborough County Voucher.
All pets must be on leashes or in carriers. Pets are checked in from 7:00-8:00 am on the day of the appointment. Please allow enough time for check-in with the vet tech in the morning. Pets must have written proof of current rabies (not just tags) or they will need to be revaccinated Females dogs in heat (within the first thirty days of first spotting or bleeding) can not be spayed. Female cats in heat can be spayed. All pets need to be picked up that day at their given pick up time between 3:00 - 5:30 pm.

Please do not feed your pet 4 - 6 hours before surgery. You may continue to give water to your pet up until time of surgery. All pets should be bathed and de-fleaed prior to surgery. A clean pet will have a healthier recovery period.
To make an appointment, please call (813)870-3304 Monday thru Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm. No one is availabe to take calls between 12 noon and 1:00pm each day. The voicemail system may be full due to the high volume of calls, but please try calling again later if you are not able to leave a message. Calls are returned as soon as possible but your patience is greatly appreciated. To make an appointment, press 5 and speak to a receptionist. We look forward to scheduling your pet for a spay/neuter.
