Microchip Clinics

Having your pet microchipped offers a permanent, national identification for your pet. The implant is placed painlessly under your pet's skin. Should your pet stray or become lost and lose his collar and tags, the 24PetWatch national recovery center will provide your name, address and telephone number to anyone who finds your pet anytime, day or night.

If you find a lost pet, most veterinarians and shelters will check for microchips at no cost. Every pet in Florida should be microchipped for hurricane preparedness. Be a responsible pet owner and take this precaution for your pet's safety.

On Thursday, June 12th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, MICROCHIP CLINICS return, just in time for hurricane season.  Cost is $15 per pet!  Pet must be on a leash or in a carrier.  No reservation required.  For more information, call (813) 774-4344.

Microchip clinics will be help on the second Thursday of every month from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.  Other dates are July 10th, August 14th, September 11th, October 9th, November 13th, and December 11th.
